Breitling has added some boldly coloured Endurance Pro watches to its Professional series and they now appeal to female tastes.
Thanks to its SuperQuartz precision and lightweight case, the Breitling Endurance Pro is up for any challenge. The range is known for its vibrant straps with matching coloured rings around the edge of the dial that are perfect for utilising during sport. They’re also available on coloured NATO straps and come in Ironman versions too, complete with a full-colour dial. Now it's time for Breitling to expand the range with some more innovative colours and an additional size that now fits smaller wrists. The 44mm models come in colours of dark blue, orange, white, blue and red, while the unisex 38mm models come in colours of purple, pink, white, blue and red – the latter three of which will also appeal to males with smaller wrists.

These are unisex designs, with the addition of some female-oriented colours like purple, pink and white, which look great for the summer weeks ahead. The other feature to note about these watches is their lightweight and ergonomically developed cases made from an innovative material called Breitlight. You may have heard of the brand’s proprietary material before. Maybe you’ve already had the chance to get hands-on with it. But for those who don’t know, this is a patented hypoallergenic, thermally stable, scratchproof and extra tough material that performs in the same way as a carbon composite case, yet the details of the case and its composition are still unknown. Still, these cases impart a stealthy, bold and masculine presence that you can distinguish from any other Breitling watch from a distance.

Generally speaking, the Breitling Endurance Pro has some characteristics that make the watch a distinguishable model within the brand’s broader catalogue. The screw-down crown helps uphold water resistance and the case size has always measured on the large size, until now. The New Breitling Endurance Pro 44 and 38 Watches
All of the new Breitlight Endurance Pro cases come topped with an anti-glare sapphire crystal glass front and 100-meter water resistance. The crown at the 3 o’clock position is coated in a coloured rubber that matches the colour of the strap and serves as an eye-catching feature in these new designs. It’s also designed for a solid, firm grip, while the push-pieces at 2 and 4 o’clock serve to activate and deactivate the chronograph functions. The sub-counters placed at 2 and 10 o’clock on all of the black dials offer 12-hour and 30-minute functions, while the 6 o’clock location features the small running seconds. Each of the new models, whether the 44mm or 38mm size, has red-coated chronograph hands that contrast vividly against the pulsometer scale around the outer periphery of the dial. The pulsometer is easy to use. Simply count 30 or 60 heartbeats and read from the second hand to see your rate per minute. Other features of the dial include Super-LumiNova-coated hands and hour markers, and a date window at 4:30.
The bidirectional rotating bezel on the new Endurance Pro watches serves as a compass feature. To figure out your northerly direction when hiking, biking or exploring, simply align the hour hand with the direction of the sun. Then, read the mid-point between the 12 o’clock location and the hour hand to determine where North is.
Aside from the tough, lightweight Breitlight case and the ultra-accurate SuperQuartz movement inside it, each watch is fitted on a colour-coordinated rubber band with a black tang-style buckle engraved with the Breitling name. These models are the ultimate sports companion.
