What if the ring size turns out to be incorrect?

Remember that the printable ring sizer is not a fully accurate measurement tool and should be used more as a guide or an estimate, a meeting with one of our in-store experts is the best way to ensure you have the exact size.

In the instance that you select a ring in an incorrect size, we provide an excellent after sales service where we will offer to either resize, or reproduce in the correct size for you.

Engagement and wedding rings are typically worn on the third finger of the left hand, it's perhaps unlikely that that finger is already adorned. Simply choose a ring usually worn on the middle finger instead, and be prepared to go down a size or two for the right fit. The simplest way to find your partner's ring size is to 'borrow' a ring they already wear.

Advice

The broader the ring, the tighter the fit, so if you choose a ring with a greater band width, you will likely need to go up in one size. Always avoid measuring your fingers when you’re hands are cold, as your fingers are often at least a half size smaller in size.
