This elegant necklace is part of our Cross Heart collection. It features a hand carved heart shaped Aquamarine stone. The individual highly polished Aquamarine has been framed within a sterling silver mount that embraces the gemstone in a cross design. It sits gracefully on a 18" sterling silver chain completed by a classic bolt ring clasp for easy wear.
